What we make.
SureKitchen is our food safety system. One app, built around what the inspector is looking for: HACCP, allergens, daily logs, the inspection pack, the lot. It's designed to suit both ends of the trade — the single owner-operated café and the small group with three or four sites under one roof.
Every feature comes from the same idea: a kitchen running a proper system, every day, is the kitchen that gets a 5. We give you the system. The 5 is on you.
Why we make it.
Most food safety software was built for compliance officers — not for the people actually running a kitchen. The interfaces feel like spreadsheets. The pricing tier behind the contact form is the one that does the thing you needed. The training takes a day. The records are buried in PDFs nobody opens until the inspector turns up.
We started SureKitchen because the difference between a 3-star rating and a 5-star one isn't more paperwork. It's having the right system, in the right places, every day. Built so the owner can use it. Built so an experienced manager at a four-site group can roll it out across all four in a week.
